Quality Time Childcare teacher plan includes child care through the school year. Your plan generally begins mid August and follows your school calendar year through late May or early June.

Teachers are responsible for childcare tuition each week during these (9) months during the school-term regardless of illness, schedule changes, vacations, school closings; Robyn’s scheduled closures, personal days, illness days, professional days or her vacation time, etc. Your child will not be expected to attend if you are home for school breaks, school closures, vacations, personal reasons. Please bring me a copy of your schools calendar for a list of closures and days out of school. I will use it to guide your child's attendance during the school-year. 

I will not charge you tuition during your summer break. If you wish to have me reserve your child's position for return in the fall you can request to fill out a form and pay a non-refundable holding fee (equivalent of 1 weeks tuition payment) on your last day at childcare before your summer break to hold your position for your return in the fall.

Since summer breaks are considered your vacation periods; Family vacation benefits are not available with this plan.
